Members of the MBA staff work tirelessly every day to help advance the mission of the Association and to support the Board and Members as they navigate the many changes to the practice of law.
Hazel has been with the MBA since 2007. Her main responsibilities include all financial aspects including supervising staff and financial reports for the Association and Foundation.
George has been with the MBA since November 1994. He oversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure and IT assets, software, phone and security systems, as well as the publication of the Montgomery County Law Reporter and Elder Law Handbook.
Jack has been with the MBA since 2011 and works closely with Jim Mathias, Director of Marketing, Communications & Public Affairs. His primary responsibilities include electronic communications, developing the weekly Bar News e-newsletter, social media management, web development, implementing project marketing, and coordinating and editing SIDEBAR magazine.
Jessica M. Gambone
Jessica has been with the MBA since May, 1998. Her primary responsibilities include Desktop Publishing - Design and arranging layouts for the Montgomery County Law Reporter, communicating with clients, and compiling all legal notices by entering into the database system for the weekly book assembly – start to finish.
Nancy C. Hagner
Nancy has been with MBA since 1972 and works under the direction of Executive Director Nancy Paul. Her primary responsibilities are the coordination of the MBA yearly, master calendar for all events, monthly meetings including, Board of Directors and Bench Bar. Jim joined the Montgomery Bar in 2005 and is responsible for the comprehensive marketing, communications and PR strategy for events, publications, outreach services, member services, non-dues revenue centers, and special leadership directives for the Bar Association and Foundation.
Nancy R. Paul
Nancy is the Executive Director of the Montgomery Bar Association and Montgomery Bar Foundation and has been since 1990. She oversees the total day to day operation for both organizations and is involved in the state and national Bar Associations, and serves on the Boards of other related County, non-profit organizations.
Sherry L. Sutton
Sherry has been with the Montgomery Bar Association since 2009 and administers the Lawyer Referral Service’s intake and member registrations.
Patricia (aka Pattie) Walker
Pattie has been with the MBA since1997. She handles all database changes for the MBA, processes the yearly dues for the MBA and PBA, committee and Section registrations, and updates the legal directory. She is also responsible for processing membership for the MBA from application to admission.
Nancy has been working at the MBA since March, 2015. She is primarily responsible for the development and coordination of the Leadership Academy, Pro Bono coordination (Access to Justice), membership engagement initiatives and writing/editing assistance for SIDEBAR, website and other written communications.counts receivables.
Sandy has been with MBA since April of 1982. Her responsibilities include data input for court house opinions, weekly return day list and sheriff sales as well as administering accounts receivables.
