In this fast paced one hour CLE, we will present employment law concepts helpful to attorneys who do not regularly practice law in that area, including:

c. Applicable statue of limitations for employment claims
d. Hiring and Firing
e. Wage and Hour Issues
f. Common actions by employers that are actually illegal
